AVENGED SEVENFOLD To Screen DVD In Theatres

According to Launch Radio Networks, AVENGED SEVENFOLD will premiere its new DVD, "All Excess", on July 16 in selected movie theatres around the country, one day before the disc's July 17 arrival in stores. The DVD will be shown on the big screen at the following locations:

Detroit, MI - Emagine Novia
Huntington Beach, CA - Charter Center
Los Angeles, CA - Mann Chinese 6
Parsippany, NJ - Parsippany Cinema 12
Phoenix, AZ - Harkins Tempe Market Place 15
St. Louis, MO - Tivoli Theatre
San Diego, CA - Ultra Star Mission Valley

Lead singer M. Shadows told MTV.com that the DVD traces AVENGED SEVENFOLD's roots, including video footage of the band's first official meeting. He explained, "It shows fans how we wrote every record and where we recorded them, and there's footage from some early shows, when we still sucked. It has everything in it, and you learn everything about us with this DVD."

AVENGED SEVENFOLD will release its fourth album sometime in October. The self-titled disc will follow up the band's nearly platinum 2005 breakthrough effort, "City of Evil".
